Pedestrian Accidents in California
Every year, more than 14,000 people are injured in pedestrian accidents across the state of California. Drunk drivers are a leading cause of these unimaginable accidents. Although there are numerous laws that are designed to keep drunk and impaired drivers off the road, we continue to see people hospitalized with injuries due to their reckless and negligent actions. When victims are injured in accidents due to the negligence of other drivers, they are able to recover damages from those who cause them harm. Working with a California pedestrian accident lawyer is a victim’s best bet for getting the justice they deserve.
