Fatal Workplace Accidents in California

Every year, thousands of workers across the United States lose their lives on the job. In some cases, victims end up passing away from injuries caused by hostile atmospheres. Employers are required to ensure the safety of their employers. Part of doing so means they should ensure adequate security measures are in place to protect workers from vicious attacks and various other injuries on the job. Health organizations on both the national level and here in California have established various processes that ensure the work environment is safe and clean for workers. These guidelines are made to help keep workers safe by minimizing the risk of exposure. When employers fail to take adequate steps toward protecting their workers, they can be held liable for resulting injuries and damages. When workers lose their lives while working, it is crucial that their families reach out to a wrongful death attorney in California to protect their legal rights.

In some cases, families may be entitled to compensation to help alleviate the financial burdens they face moving forward after enduring a tragic and unexpected loss. The Law Offices of William E. Weiss has decades of experience assisting families with protecting their legal rights after losing loved ones in fatal workplace accidents.
