Car Accidents in California

People throughout our state use motor vehicles daily to travel to their destinations. Generally, motor vehicles like cars, trucks, and SUVs are considered to be safe, reliable, and effective. Even today we are seeing endless measures being made to cut the costs of transportation and make this method of transportation more efficient. Regardless of the number of safety features new vehicles are developed to contain, we continue to see people injured in collisions at an alarming rate.

Every year, car accidents leave more than 150,000 people with injuries in the state of California. In some cases, victims are able to go on with their lives with minimal interruption. This is not always the case. These accidents can result in minor injuries for some. However, numerous victims are left with broken bones, spinal cord injuries, and other debilitating injuries that cause overwhelming pain and suffering. In fact, thousands of accident victims suffer life-altering injuries that require extensive medical treatment, surgery, and therapy. Tens of thousands of Californians are hospitalized and forced to spend weeks off work to recover from their injuries. When victims are injured in accidents caused by negligent drivers, it is crucial that they reach out to a car accident attorney in California as soon as possible to protect their legal rights.
