Isleton, CA – Motorcyclist Killed in Truck Accident on CA-12
Isleton, CA (July 26, 2020) – An automobile accident on Friday afternoon claimed one man’s life in the Isleton area. On July 24, the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on California State Highway 12.
Reports provided by CHP show that at around 1:40 p.m., a 63-year-old man was riding a motorcycle in the eastbound lanes of the California highway when his vehicle was involved in a collision with a semi-truck near Brennan Island Road. The motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries in the accident. Responding authorities immediately declared the victim deceased at the scene. The driver of the semi-truck was uninjured in the collision. At this time, investigations surrounding the cause of the crash are ongoing.
