Fairfield, CA (June 27, 2020) – At approximately 1:30 p.m., on June 22, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Gold Hill Road.
Reports from police show that a 14-year-old female was riding a bicycle near the Green Valley Middle School when she was struck by a vehicle. The girl was located on the road, approximately 50-feet from her bicycle. The girl suffered serious injuries in the accident and was rushed to a local area hospital for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
